ADHD Service Providers: Enrollment Guide

Enrolling in the Directory is a multi-step data entry process. Please review this guide before you continue. The following are just a few tips and not nearly as daunting as they first appear.

 Note: The "window of time" to complete the process is about ten minutes. You may want to print out the sections that apply to your field and collect the neccessary information before you enter your basic information to enroll. Revisit your listing to enter additional sections as needed.  

Note: Please read the "Participants Agreement" for our National ADHD Directory. Before enterring  your information, you must accept a few basic terms before enrolling in the Directory. ( 1. If you provide alternative treatment, great. But we ask that you do not actively speak, or post material opposing the use of medication., and  2. Attest that you have earned the level of education that you claim.)

 SCREEN 1: SELECT A MEMBERSHIP TYPE  

Receive Top Billing with Professional Membership for only $120  

2nd tier listing in the Directory comes with a Regular Membership Listing- Just $55 

Third tier Listings are available for non-members as a public service to the ADHD community for no charge. All listings, regardless of membership status, offer the same opportunity to provide pertinent information. However, we depend on Membership and/or Donations to keep our work alive.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS for MEMBERS 

Please note: Members with Directory listings also have full access to the website, but we need to enter your name into the system. Members should forward their recept to office@addresources.org.  We need a user name (Case sensitive case with no special characteristics) as well as 8 digit password (Temporary is fine.) 

Screen 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter a valid email address where you can receive confirmation emails and other business communications for your account. Be sure to enter it correctly, because it is your unique identifier and is used every time you login to your profile. You'll also need a password.

Directory Categories:

Select the one category that best describes your service or business. If you would like to be listed under multiple categories, you must create a separate profile for each. To create another profile, repeat the Member Enrollment process using a new email address. Contact your ISP if you need another email account for this purpose. Most ISPs will give you additional email addresses at no charge and allow you to have the mail forwarded to your primary mailbox.

Personal Information- This section is fairly self-explanatory. A few fields, however, can be confusing....

1. "Last Name" will often contain extra information. Be sure to include any suffixes (e.g., Jr, Sr, III) as well as any recognized abbreviations for professional degrees (e.g., M.A., M.S.W., M.Ed., M.D., Ph.D) and certifications (e.g., RN, LSW, LMFT, LMHC, ACSW, MCC) as you would list them after your name. 

 2. "Country" needs to be selected, even if you're in the U.S. It is the first item in the list.

    Complete the ONE section that corresponds to the directory category you selected.  If you enter data in more than one section, your profile will not display properly. If you would like to be listed under multiple categories, you must create a separate profile for each. To create another profile, repeat the Member Enrollment process using a new email address.

    Screen 6: Summary

    You are now ready to confirm your membership charge before proceeding to the payment information screen. There will be no charge if you chose Non-Member with listing in National ADHD Directory.

    Screen 7: Payment Information

    Your membership can be paid for using either a Visa or Mastercard. Press the Pay button when you are ready to submit this transaction.
