ADHD Seattle Adult Support Group Meeting

Topic: Do You Need ADHD Coaching?

Cynthia Hammer, past director of ADD Resources and now an ADHD coach, will discuss when and why you might want to hire an ADHD coach. In addition to answering any questions you may have, she will demonstrate a coaching session with a volunteer from the audience and afterwards lead a discussion on the dynamics involved in coaching and how it is helpful in moving the client forward into action.

FormatThere are generally 30–50 people in attendance. Usually there is a speaker for the first hour, followed by questions and answers for 30 minutes, time for visiting with each other, purchasing memberships in Attention Deficit Disorder Resources (ADD Resources) or borrowing items from the lending library if you are a current member.
