Here are some comments from coaches who have taken mentoring teleclasses with Nancy in the past:

It would just be wrong for Nancy Ratey to keep her uncommon wisdom and unparalleled experience to herself! During her 90 minute Mentoring Group, I gained strategies that I applied the next day with my ADHD clients and got results. I also felt connected to a strong mentor, one that can go beyond the mundane and delve into deeper levels of synergy that are an essential part of effective coaching practice. I am still reflecting on the concepts covered and will certainly take advantage of any opportunity to be mentored by Nancy Ratey in the future.

Nancy Ratey did an excellent job of taking us through the very basics of what you do, practically, as a coach. While other courses just talk about it, she spelled it out. I loved it. Some of the information validated what I figured out on my own, while other information gave me a new insight as to why I might want to do what she suggested. The class could have been called, "Your first step in becoming an excellent coach." I would love to see her give additional classes as a type of stepping stone for us. If the first class was basic, then do an intermediate. She is certainly someone that I admire and respect and I look forward to taking more classes from her.

Nancy's alerting me to "Red Flags" in the coaching relationship with my ADHD clients has provided a great insight for both myself and my clients. Forearmed with this insight allows the coaching dialog to be more powerful and collaborative."
