Free Teleconferences Each and Every Month!

Teleclasses, 45—75 minutes long, invite your participation. Connect by telephone to the conference call center on a set day and time. Participate in a class conducted by knowledgeable and skillful ADHD physicians, therapists, coaches and professional organizers. Benefit from interacting with the instructor. You only pay for your long distance phone call.

Recordings will be made of these teleclasses, so you can still listen to them, even if you miss the call. These recordings are free for members, but cost $7 for non–members. Recordings should be posted to the website within a week after each teleclass.

Directions: (You need to read these!!!)

Note the dates and times of the teleclasses you want to participate in, along with the number to call and access code to use, as there will be no reminder emails. Be sure to use the right access code. Call in early (but not more than 4 minutes before the scheduled time as you won't be connected). After you come on the call, please mute your phone by pressing 6. Later, during the q and a, if you wish to ask a question, unmute your phone at that time by pressing 6 again. Then mute it again by pressing 6. We will be recording the call and the quality of the recording depends on the callers having muted their phones. Also, if you come on the call late, please don't announce yourself as you will interrupt the presentation.

If unable to attend the teleconference of your choice, you can always listen to it as a recording which should be available one week after the live teleconference.
