Harlan Gephart, M.D.
Dr. Gephart received medical training at the University of Chicago and the University of Washington. For 34 years he practiced General and Behavioral Pediatrics at Group Health Cooperative. From 1990 to 2002 he served as Medical Director at the Center for Attentional Deficit Disorders in Redmond, WA. during which time he assessed and managed several thousand children and adolescents with this disorder. The parent training program at this clinic was considered a national model for this treatment modality. Dr. Gephart is nationally recognized as an authority on ADHD treatment and physician education. Edward Hallowell, M.D.
Edward (Ned) Hallowell, M.D. is a child and adult psychiatrist and the founder of The Hallowell Center for Cognitive and Emotional Health in Sudbury, MA. He is also on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School. Ned has authored seven books on various psychological topics, including problems with attention, focus, and stress, and worry. His national bestsellers, Driven to Distraction and Answers to Distraction discuss attention deficit disorder in children and in adults. Greg Hipskind, M.D., Ph.D.
S. Gregory Hipskind M.D., Ph.D. finished his training in Neurology, Family Medicine and Neurophysiology in 1981. Over the past 15 years his practice has evolved exclusively into the evaluation and treatment of individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As part of that process, he trained with Dr. Daniel Amen and has incorporated brain SPECT imaging into his clinical practice where he found it useful in sorting out some of his more complicated ADHD cases. His research paper on this experience "The Use of SPECT in Differentiating Bipolar Disorder From ADHD in Clinical Practice" will be published shortly. He is a licensed nuclear physician and consults for Brain Matters, Inc. a state-of-the-art brain function imaging company based in Denver. His clinical practice is located in Bellingham, WA where he is associated with Dr. Timothy Buckley in Bellingham Neurobehavioral Consultants. He will open a second office this fall in conjunction with Brain Matters, Inc when they open their new brain imaging clinic in the Seattle area.

Nancy Holm, M.A.
Nancy Crawford Holm, M.A. of Lifeline Coaching Services has been an ADD Coach for eight years. She currently practices in Bothell, WA. Her background includes Social Work, Education, Counseling, and Pastoral Studies, and she has master certification from Profiling Consultants. She currently serves on the regional CH.A.D.D. Advisory Board and co-founded a support group chapter. She has been a presenter at the National CH.A.D.D. and ADDA conferences, and wrote and implemented a pilot project with the State of Washington to train counselors in a mental health agency in ADD coaching skills. Theodore Mandelkorn, M.D.
Dr. Mandelkorn trained in pediatrics and adolescent medicine, and he was a mental health fellow under Dr. Michael Rothenberg at the University of Washington. Dr. Mandelkorn's interest in ADHD has grown over his 30 years in private practice. An ADHD adult who also has an ADHD son, Dr. Mandelkorn developed expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD children and adolescents. His ADHD clinic presently follows over 800 children with ADHD. Dr. Mandelkorn lectures nationwide about management and treatment of ADHD. He is an advisor to CHADD groups in Washington state, and is a strong advocate for these children.

Kathleen Nadeau, Ph.D.
Dr. Nadeau is one of the first professionals to focus on adult AD/HD issues, as well as one of the first professionals to focus on the unique concerns of women and girls with AD/HD. She is the director of Chesapeake Psychological Services of Maryland (CPS-MD), in Silver Spring, Maryland, a clinic staffed by mental health professionals who provide psycho-diagnostic testing to evaluate AD/HD, learning disabilities, and related disorders. She and her staff also provide individual, couples, group, family. Adolescent and child therapy focused on AD/HD and related issues. CPS-MD also has a trained ADD coach who works as an integral member of our staff, coordinating her efforts with those of other staff members to help maximize the functioning of individuals with AD/HD. Her special interests include: working with young adults with AD/HD to improve their functioning in college, graduate, and professional studies, working with adults around career issues related to AD/HD, helping adults with AD/HD learn coping strategies to take charge of their AD/HD, working with couples around AD/HD issues that impact their relationship, and helping women and girls with AD/HD. Brian O'Connor, M.A., LMHC, CDP
The UCHSC Dept. of Psychiatry, Addiction Research and Treatment Services (ARTS) employed Brian for eighteen years as an individual, group and family therapist. Brian served both as a clinical supervisor and as Assistant Director of Adolescent Services. Forty-five percent of the clients in ARTS had a diagnosis of AD/HD. Brian taught numerous workshops and gave several presentations for local, regional and national audiences, as a component of his position. Jeff Sosne, Ph.D.
Jeff Sosne is a graduate of Princeton and Rutgers Universities. He escaped New Jersey in 1978 and completed his internship and residency training at the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center. Jeff has been working with children since 1972 and has been with the Children's Program since 1980.
