Procrastination—Stop It Before It Stops You!

Are you a major procrastinator? This podcast will help you discover your own style of procrastination, to understand the ways in which procrastination is truly impacting your life, and how to implement effective strategies so you may lessen procrastination by taking positive action. By the end of the class, participants will have learned a variety of specific strategies and useful tools to help them begin to break through the wall that separates procrastination from accomplishment. Rhonda Pawlan, MS, CRC

Rhonda is an AD/HD Coach and Consultant. In addition to training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), she has a Master's Degree in Counseling. Rhonda helps people identify their specific ADD challenges so that they may benefit from the many strategies she teaches. She works with children, teens, adults, parents, couples and families both by phone and in person.

Rhonda's areas of expertise include—focusing and hyper-focusing issues, overcoming procrastination and rumination, time management skills, improving communication and social skills, working through challenges in school or at work, and helping couples and families live in harmony despite the challenges of AD/HD. As a professional member of CHADD, ADDA, American Counseling Association and other coaching organizations, she attends professional conferences frequently to keep up to date with current trends and information about AD/HD.

This year, Rhonda has added Play Attention, a fun form of neurofeedback created specifically for children and adults with AD/HD, to her practice. Free consultations are offered to perspective clients, as she is always delighted to share her knowledge of AD/HD with others.
