We Do Not Recommend Any Provider
The National ADHD Directory is a list of health care professionals, coaches, attorneys, advocates, schools, camps, educational and vocational counselors, professional organizers and others who have asked to be listed in the National ADHD Directory as a provider of services or products to individuals with ADD/ADHD. Although ADD Resources is sponsoring the National ADHD Directory, ADD Resources has not investigated their background, experience or qualifications and does not recommend any of them.
Providers Have Agreed to Terms
All service providers and products listed in the National ADHD Directory accepted an Agreement of Participation. You may peruse a copy of this Agreement.
Ask About Diagnostic Qualifications
Many clinicians and therapists say they diagnose ADHD. Whether their diagnosis will be accepted by other treating professionals needs to be questioned. Will their diagnosis be accepted by medical personnel that could prescribe medications for you? Will their diagnosis be accepted by school systems to qualify for accommodations?
