Coaching the ADHD Client—Part I
Every coach will find clients with AD/HD appearing in their practice. It's extremely important to know how to listen for ADHD traits and their impact on clients' lives. This course is designed to give you a solid understanding of the traits that impact clients with ADHD, introduce you to resources and strategies for addressing ADHD traits and support development of your own ADHD coaching practice.
** Prior basic coach training is essential if you're developing your own ADHD coaching practice or take Part II in conjunction with this teleclass to get the coaching training piece.

Sandy Maynard: Course Instructor
A graduate of Walden University, Sandy Maynard recently completed a Masters in Psychology, researching and writing a literature review of coaching for the purpose of making an academic contribution to her profession. A pioneer in the field of coaching people with Attention Deficit Disorder, Ms. Maynard has established herself as one of the country's preeminent coaches and was instrumental in the development of The National Attention Deficit Disorder Association's Coaching Guidelines. As a founding member of the Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching (IAAC), Sandy is committed to the professional and ethical development of ADHD coaching worldwide. Ms. Maynard lives in Washington, DC where she operates Catalytic Coaching, providing entrepreneurial consulting and coach training for individuals starting their own coaching businesses. Sandy lectures internationally and is a regular contributor to ADDitude magazine.
