Can you only do ny alotha once a week?
This reward can only be earned once per boss per week, regardless of difficulty, so there's no Echoes incentive to run multiple difficulties of Ny'alotha per week. An exception to this is LFR, which has it's own Echoes reward structure that does not care about your Normal or higher lockouts.
