Cucm Hunt Group Login Logout

Mar 20, 2020 · CUCM Hunt Group Hlog Login and Logout. Most of us are aware what Hunt Pilot is and how the calls are triggered to the extensions when someone dials a number which is mapped to a Hunt Pilot. The calls can be delivered to extensions based on the algorithm you select which can be Top Down, Circular, Longest Idle Time or Broadcast.

We are running CUCM 10.6. Is it possible to produce a report of Hunt Group login/logout activity? Either natively, or any third party tools? Ideally a report, but if not, maybe logs?

As to Hunt Group Login/Logout, sadly this feature is only available CCM 4.2 and CUCM 6.x/7.x with the Login/Logout of Hunt Groups feature (as James nicely noted). This is not available in CCM 4.1.3 or 5.x. Have a look; Log Out of Hunt Groups .
