In DataPower remote log targets will transmit messages at the 'Rate Limit' described on the Main page of the Log Target configuration object. This value is described in messages per second (by default it is 100). Please note this rate limit will not apply to RAID based log targets on the device.

The WebSphere DataPower log event text is limited to a maximum length of 2048 bytes. Log text length over 2048 bytes is truncated.
