Since 2009, Dimmi has licenced the ResDiary platform to power restaurant reservations both internally and externally, through the Dimmi portal, social media, third parties, and from restaurants’ own sites. Dimmi was purchased by TripAdvisor in May 2015, who subsequently purchased French reservation system TheFork.

Each Restaurant will apply its own policy regarding any ‘no-show’ or cancellation and ResDiary accepts no responsibility or liability for any such Restaurant policy or its application. The User should check the relevant Restaurant’s terms and conditions as well as the terms of any email or other confirmation communications carefully.

In 2015, Dimmi was acquired by Tripadvisor as part of the La Fourchette (TheFork) Group to add restaurant reservations to its portfolio. TheFork had now become available in 11 countries.
