If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to sign up for AutoPay. Toggle AutoPay On. Follow the prompts to sign up for AutoPay. Repeat these steps for each account you want to sign up. Good to know: It can take up to 2 bill periods for AutoPay to start.
If we sent you a user ID (once called an AT&T Access ID), sign in to att.com with your user ID. If your DIRECTV account includes another AT&T service, sign in to att.com with your ID. If your DIRECTV account doesn’t include other AT&T services and you don't have an ID, sign in to directv.com with your DIRECTV email ID.
Go to att.com and select Sign in. For User ID, enter your current DIRECTV email ID. For Password, enter your DIRECTV password. Select Sign in.
