Directv Iphone App Login

Oct 14, 2018 · If I try to log in to directv.com to stream on my computer it tells me my account is locked. when I try to use the app on my iphone it goes into an endless loop where it says that it doesn't recognize my user id/password and redirects me back to the app store page to open the app!! Why can't att fix this problem already? This is ridiculous.
