Oct 03, 2013 · I cannot login to any directv related mobile apps, such as the DirecTV app, Sunday NFL ticket app, and the HBO GO app. I have a Directv.com email and password and I can login to Directv.com just fine. But using the same email and password I am unable to login and it gives me a message that says "Invalid user ID-email and password combination.

Oct 15, 2018 · If I try to log in to directv.com to stream on my computer it tells me my account is locked. when I try to use the app on my iphone it goes into an endless loop where it says that it doesn't recognize my user id/password and redirects me back to the app store page to open the app!! Why can't att fix this problem already? This is ridiculous.
