The last option is to just wait for AT&T to address the issue. For now, though we don’t know when that will happen as best we can tell AT&T has yet to even comment on the issue.

May 13, 2018 · I wonder if it’s only for At&T customers. I never had any issues and I’m still using my email to sign in. I’ve been a member since day 1 when they launched DirecTV now. Btw I’m not with At&T. I don’t have their mobile, home phone, internet, tv or satellite other than DirecTV now and I have comcast for phone and internet.
