May 17, 2019 · Quicken is making the correct call and request to Discover, but the Discover server is responding with the highlighted error message below. Since this error message originates from the Financial Institution server, I would recommend contacting Discover Bank directly to report this error and request it be escalated to their OFX Team to resolve.
