SESIS supports users in completing special education workflow processes from referral through IEP development. Please visit the DOE's intranet site (link located below the login) to access training materials and to learn more about preparing for SESIS in your school. Access to SESIS is currently available to all DOE schools.

Adding a student to a provider's caseload in SESIS. When a New York City Department of Education (DOE) staff member, contracted agency provider, or independent service provider has been notified that he or she is responsible for delivering special education services to a student, the student must be added to the providers caseload in SESIS.

Find your user name and reset your password using student OSIS number and date of birth.

DOE Employees Your User name is your DOE email without @schools.nyc.gov.

You may check fields in other sections of the student’s profile by clicking the Customize Columns – Filter By Section dropdown menu and selecting a different section (e.g. Special Education
