May 28, 2017 · I ended up solving the issue by creating another user profile, logging into it, logging off and logging back into "Me" immediately - it went straight back into the TEMP profile, and I remembered reading something about waiting 20 seconds before logging back in, so I tried that, and it worked!! ... it went straight back into the TEMP profile ...
