May 14, 2017 · I use VMWare Fusion rather than Parallels but had the exact same (duplicate user) issue. Both products try to be cute and store activation from bootcamp and apply them when running as VM. This doesn't work with Windows 10 upgrade activation. What might be interesting for you is that you need a Windows 10 retail key. An upgrade one will not do.
