Dua Log In

The Department of Unemployment Assistance serves Massachusetts residents who are unemployed and looking for work, and employers that are legally required to contribute to the state’s unemployment insurance (UI) program. DUA determines and collects employer contributions to the UI program and also processes claims for UI benefits.

Claimants, employers, and third party administrators (TPAs) can log in to their UI Online accounts to file claims, access the Claimant Inbox, report wages, view correspondence, and more. UI Online is available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. UI Online is designed to be accessed from a desktop computer or a laptop.

Disaster Unemployment Assistance. If the President of the United States declares a disaster in your area, DUA may be authorized. If you become unemployed as a result of the disaster, and you do not qualify for regular UI benefits, you may qualify for DUA.
