How to buy as a guest on eBay. To buy as a guest, select Buy It Now, then select Continue as a guest. You'll have to fill in your shipping address, email address, and payment information. For most transactions, you'll have to use PayPal, a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Go to My eBay for Guests and click on the "Searches" link in the left side navigation. View the details, run or refine the search. You can provide your email address to receive emails when new items matching your search have been listed on eBay.

Once you find your eBay guest order confirmation email (the subject line starts with “Guest Order”) select View order details in the email. CLICK HERE if you have the Access Code from the eBay Guest Order Confirmation email message. After you click on the link, you should see the Guest User option as shown below. Click on the arrow and use your email address and access code to sign in.

After you made a purchase as a guest, eBay sent you an e-mail with an access code. Sign out of your account, then go back to the sign-in page. Enter your e-mail address and that access code to get to the transaction details for your guest transaction.

Items purchased as an eBay Guest: Look for the "Guest Order" confirmation email from eBay (remember to check your Bulk/Junk/Spam folder). You will be able to view order details such as purchased items, shipping status, and tracking numbers by following the link in the confirmation email.
