Ebay Login As Guest User

I can not find the fields to enter access code to track my order that I have order as a guest user ealier. Whenever I try click "View order details" from the email I have received from ebay, I end up on the page shows like the (screenshot attached) bottom page, which does not have any fields to login as guest user.

You should have gotten an email from eBay that when you click on it there is a sign in page but at the bottom it says something like "If you bought an item as a guest click here". That will let you provide enough details to confirm who you are and then you'll be able to see your order details.
