Effective December 1, 2017, the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) was replaced by the Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) Platform system. The GRB Platform provides you with information about retirement and your benefits just as EBIS did. Although it will have a new “look and feel,” the GRB Platform will offer you the same information as EBIS, plus some added features.
