Oct 23, 2015 · I worked at EcoShield Pest Control for less than a year. Pros. Opportunity to make money is real. It can be a fun environment. Cons. Management is lazy. Contracts are shady. They Dont follow through with things they say they will do. Take advantage of people. EX:Buying 65 inch tv's from walmart and returning it at 90 days is wrong.3/5
