near the Log In button on the home page. Enter your Username – (This is the ID you normally enter when logging into EDISS Connect). EDISS Connect will search for your account and once located, you will be required to answer five security questions. These questions and answers would have been established upon user creation.

Note: Vendors cannot register a provider on their behalf. If the account will be administered by a vendor, it is a providers responsibility to first establish the account by registering.

EDISS 'Connect' is a user-friendly online registration tool that allows providers to update basic facility information, manage billing NPIs, update lines of business, add or change vendor associations, and select electronic transactions online. The use of Connect is required for all providers.
