Employment Insurance (EI) If you applied for or are receiving EI, your EI Access Code was sent you when applied. It can be found on your first benefit statement. If you cannot find your EI Access Code, call 1-800-206-7218 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm local time or go to your Service Canada Office (you will be required to verify your identity).
