TURAS Appraisal. Turas Appraisal is the application for recording the appraisal information of Health and Care staff across Scotland.

The e-KSF is an easy-to-use online tool that is available throughout the NHS. It is linked to the Scottish Workforce Information Standard System (SWISS), and is designed to help employers implement and manage the entire Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) process.
