Elastix Call Center Agent Login

Hi Guys, we have installed the call center addon on the elastix,usually the agent first have to login into the elastix interface then only he can login to the agent console.it is all done through the GUI. can it be done through phone itself through some AGIcoding , logging upto the agent console?
