ELCAS cannot set up Member Area accounts. A link to the IERO contact list can be found here. The Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS) provide the administrative support for the ELC Scheme. Education Staff and Single Service Representative are responsible for approval of both ELC Application and Claims.

As an approved learning provider for the MoD (Ministry of Defence) and a member of their Enhanced Learning Credit Provider List (ELCAS), ITonlinelearning is able to accept enhanced learning credits for a range of courses. The MoD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to create lifelong learning for members of the Armed Forces.

ELCAS Funded Courses. Wagtail UK Ltd are proud to be an Approved Learning Provider of the MOD’s Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme helping to promote life-long learning for members of the Armed Forces (ELC Provider No: 6931).

Training Bytesize provides classroom, blended and online Project Management training courses and packages for HM Forces personnel in the ELCAS scheme. All courses are fully accredited by the APMG and the Association for Project Management.
