To remove an email address: Click in the top right corner of Facebook. Click Settings, the click Contact in the General tab. Click Remove next to the email you'd like to remove. If you've clicked Remove next to the wrong email, you can click Undo to keep the email. Click Save Changes.

To reset your password if you're not logged in to Facebook: Go to the Find Your Account Page. Type the email, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search. Follow the on-screen instructions.

My boyfriend can't log into his Facebook account because he cancelled the mobile number on his Facebook account and doesn't have access to the email ... address that is on his Facebook account. He sent a selfie of himself holding up the code generated by Facebook, but the verification code/email probably went to the email address on his Facebook account, which he no longer has access to.
