Feb 03, 2010 · Encompass now requires annual fee's to see and accept the appraiser orders. It seems like every outfit wants a piece of the action, we do 99 % of the work and they get 15-25 % of the fee plus. Their Ellie Mae software is not very robust and lacks sufficent interaction for the Appraiser.
