The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) was designed by the Ministry of Defence to enable Armed Forces personnel to retrain and start a new career once they leave the military. The scheme is open to personnel from the Army, Navy and Air Force and the financial assistance you could receive increases with number of years served.
