Jul 21, 2008 · Yes, I did contact the agency right away via email.....but I wasn't able to access their email to me (the one containing the eQIP website address & info) until late Friday night, after everyone was gone for the weekend-at which point I DID send an email to the author of the email to ask for her help as soon as I realized there was a problem.
