I made my display name Pilecki just in case that was going to be the name that showed up in game, but then once you get past the login - you are asked to make "1 of 4 characters" - this represents the 4 factions, so right now you'll have 2 characters SM and CSM since those factions are available.

I tried the option 'forgot password' and entered my email but it also said, 'invalid email'. I can login to their website though and tried looking for a solution there.
