Examity is available to use in all University of Arizona courses and can be added to D2L or other learning management course site. If you do not use a learning management system site for your course but conduct online exams through some other method, you can still use Examity.

Typically instructors set up special accommodations within the exam settings in Canvas. In addition, the Examity® proctor also needs to be made aware of students with any special instructions. Instructors must login to the Examity® dashboard and complete the following steps:

Sep 05, 2017 · Examity is an online proctoring tool that can be integrated into Canvas courses. With Examity, students can take a proctored exam without visiting a testing center or using an in-person proctor. Once Examity is enabled in a course, students connect to the Examity dashboard, set up a profile, and click a time slot to schedule an exam.

Login at the scheduled time to take the exam under the supervision of a professional proctor from Examity®. Students will not be able to pass the authentication process unless their Examity ® profile is complete. All profile images must be of a government issued photo ID or a student photo ID.
