Jul 11, 2014 · Here is the problem. When I open the outlook 2010 this morning. I get a error:Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed. I had searched forum and many people has this problem. But I don't find a simple and effective method.
