May 08, 2015 · Just signed up for a new NBN plan and received the 'Welcome' email. But I cannot login to My Exetel as described in the email to see the status. I chooses an user name and a password in the application form, but that combination doesn't work. 'Forgot password' doesn't work either. 'Forgot username' requires user name to retrieve the user name!!!
