Explorica ignored emails for 2 weeks completely. Literally, no response, except automated "are you ready for your trip" emails. Finally, the management responded. No refunds, change your trip dates this year or take a voucher which expires in one year. Mind you, Explorica is fully insured and most parents did buy additional trip insurance.2.5/5(102)

Coronavirus and Explorica Travel. Heads up for anyone who has made travel plans with Explorica to a coronavirus destination!! Many of you are probably not aware that your travel insurance purchased though Explorica does not cover this event, and in my case my credit card company's travel insurance does not cover either.
