This year, the HRCE introduced a new management software called EZChildTrack to support the 2019-20 EXCEL registration and payment process. EZChildTrack offers a secure, convenient, web-based platform on which clients can register their child(ren) online for the EXCEL program.

Extended Learning programs will not be offered while the District suspends normal operations through April 10. During the closure, the Extended Learning Department will not charge program tuition and fees. Accounts in EZChildTrack will be credited by March 20 for the length of time of the District closure.
