I received an email from "[email protected] that was a log in alert. It said my account was logged into near Seoul South Korea. I received emails to both email addresses that facebook has for me.

The [email protected] appears to be a legitimate address ... for Facebook, but going to an email address you haven't added to your account sounds phishy. It may be a case of someone creating an account using the address and now you are getting the email notifications for that account.
