Facebook Keeps Telling Me To Log In

I am attempting to log in to Facebook using the app on my android phone. Everytime I type in the email and password, it says I am trying too often. When I try it on my computer, it works. How am I supposed to log in on the app? I've tried restarting the phone and uninstalling the app, still doesn't work.

I tried to change my password and did it once successfully, but when I tried to log in again it told me the same thing again that I had tried too many times. Today I tried again to log in with the new password and it keeps telling me the same thing.

Original title: I can't log in to Facebook. I need some help. Thursday it was working fine and turned off the computer and later got back on and tried to go into Facebook and it asked me to log in and I did but it keeps going back to the log in over and over again.
