If you're having trouble logging in to Facebook with your mobile number, try these tips: Make sure to enter your entire mobile phone number, including the country code. Leave out any extra zeros, plus signs (+) or other special characters.

Create an account or log into Facebook. Connect with friends, family and other people you know. Share photos and videos, send messages and get updates.

To add your first or another mobile phone number: Click in the top right corner of your Facebook page. Click Settings, then click Mobile in the left sidebar. Click + Add a Phone to add your first phone number or click + Add another mobile phone number to add more numbers.

To verify your identity, you'll need to log into Facebook and follow the on-site instructions to add your mobile number. If you don't have a mobile number, you can alternatively submit a request to verify your identity with a government-issued ID as described in this Help Center article:

When you sign up for a new account via the Facebook mobile site, you are asked to provide your phone number instead of your email address. You can sign up without a phone number by signing up through the traditional Facebook site or by choosing the email sign-up option through the mobile Facebook site.
