Facebook Wont Let Me Log In Because Of My Name

One of my friends account is locked due to identity issue. She was told to upload her ID. instead she uploaded her picture ( i know it was wrong). Now her account status shows "We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation."

im trying to change my name on facebook but it wont let me it says iv changed it to many times allready. i have prefered name now as if realised im gender fluid and my birthname causes dysphoria. iv not changed it leagily but id like to change it on here for friends and family
