FACTS Tuition Management. Tuition payments are at the heart of your school’s operation. Yet it’s all too easy for tuition management to become someone’s full-time job, especially when you’re not using a flexible, centralized system for your families’ payments.

FACTS works with schools across the country to provide tuition management services that make education more affordable. Through our programs, parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children.

Payments through FACTS Payment Forms are combined with FACTS Remittance. If you use Advanced Accounting, all items can be included in the FACTS Journal Entry. Provides the highest security standards in the industry when it comes to the collection and storage of payment and demographic data.

TAXES: Your payment history can be viewed under the Agreement Summary tab; however, certain tax documents such as Form 1098-T (tuition payments statement) must be obtained from your educational institution. Tax documents are not housed on MyPaymentPlan.com.

Please note: If you already have a FACTS account set-up, your payment plan preferences will automatically be rolled over into the 2020-2021 school year. If you would like to change your payment plan preferences for next year, you must contact the school to do so. FACTS Management Tuition Payment Program information is available below.

If you are using an invoice payment plan, the FACTS address will be shown on the invoice. The address can also be found by viewing the online version of the latest invoice. To do this, first log in, click the Actions dropdown, and choose Mail In Payment.
