If Aeria isn't helping its own users connect to RO2, how is that supposed to help players play RO2 from their end? Steam users also have problems as well. The restrictions between a Steam-created account and a WarpPortal-created account on that platform confuses people because there are Steam players that would want to use their WarpPortal accounts and vice versa.

We have tried pinging Aeria Games website using our server and the website returned the above results. If aeriagames.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting.
