Welcome to the Facility Services' work order request system. Only authorized department users are able to submit a request. Please contact us at 600-7242, Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding holidays) to report emergencies or for assistance with the software system.

Jan 22, 2018 · Work Control Facilities Management has implemented a new work order system. It offers a more robust way to manage work orders and gives you, the user, an easy way to create service requests and track the status of those that you have put into the system.

Cost to the Family. There are no enrollment costs or monthly premiums for FAMIS. For some services, the family will have to pay a co-payment. Most co-payments are just $2.00 or $5.00. Some services, like regular check-ups, are free.

FAMIS Self-Service is web access to our maintenance management software for the end-user that will allow the electronic entry of a service request whether it is general maintenance, request for an estimate, or department funded work.
