Hello, on December 18th I had gotten a new phone through Fido, at the time of purchase Fido was offering a 2year free subscription with Spotify. When I tried to use the code to get the 2year spotify it would not allow me to access it. I fear the sales rep who set me up put in my email wrong, and now it is not linked with my account.

I am having an issue with my subscription, I have a Fido account and I had the spotify premium, due to a change in my account number at fido, I'm no longer a premium subscriber and I cant be with the same spotify account because it says I already have a phone number connected to that account, however, my number remains the same, and I REALLY don't want to lose my profile.

Exact same problem here, and Fido were not able to help me either. The weird thing is that when I log into the Spotify app on my iPhone it says I still have a Premium account, but I'm not longer able to listen to anything offline. Logging into the Spotify site on my computer, it says I have a free account, but I listen to music I don't get any ads.

Once you enter your phone number on this site, you should receive a code by text message to enter again on this site and then click on Activate Spotify Premium, Spotify and DAILY VICE. You then just have to follow the instructions on screen to link your Spotify account to your Fido account.
