i tried the same thing over a hundred times these guys give us fake solutions like check if your username and password is correct. i had to do it old school using a different computer on the same network did not solve my problem the issue was with my ip address for my network not my computer worse less my login details. on a complete different network (as in ISP) it worked just fine.

Ok, much better now :) Have you tried to access the server with another ftp-client? If you're using firefox you can directly open this link and enter your username and password.. If this fails too, then i'd say that the problem is not related to filezilla.
