This is the workaround first direct gave me and it works . They are working on making the site compatible with IE 11

Maybe it's my pc, but I've not been able to access it for the past few days. I can log in ok but it just goes to "Retrieving data from digital safe. Please wait... "but doesn't load the accounts and balances.
